Insight Inventory – Understanding Yourself and Others

Overview: This workshop helps leaders improve communication with others and enhance teamwork and interpersonal relationships. Using a self-scoring inventory, participants learn about four key ways people use their communication styles. This inventory provides both work style and personal style profiles to highlight one's ability to flex their style according to the situation and the styles of others.

Objectives: Participants will:

• Describe how increased self-awareness can lead to better interactions with others
• Discuss how flexing your style will help in working more effectively with others and bridge communication gaps
• Learn to adapt your communication style to others with different styles
• Increase awareness of what triggers stress in different people
• Identify methods to improve leadership and team effectiveness
