Overview: This
workshop provides supervisors and managers with skills and techniques
to manage the performance of team members at all productivity levels.
The workshop focuses on how to develop strategies to manage the varying
levels of performance that exist among individuals on most teams. Emphasis
is placed on individual assessment, development planning, coaching, and
performance appraisal. Participants will have an opportunity to bring
actual employee performance scenarios into the discussions and exercises.
