The Training Group is a full-service training organization specializing in customized training and development. The Training Group has provided excellence in training services for 15 years.

Currently, our firm is staffed by a variety of professionals with many years of successful training experience and superior track records. The Training Group's director, Linda Culver, boasts a 20-year career covering training and consulting in the areas of management and supervisory leadership, professional and organizational development and team facilitation.

Linda was awarded the City of Phoenix Excellence Award for her expertise in the implementation of the City's nationally recognized quality team program featured in a Tom Peter's documentary on excellence in public service and was the recipient of the Outstanding Faculty Award from Rio Salado Community College.

Linda's professional experience includes having served as a training manager and trainer in both private industry and the public sector and as a college instructor in management, business, communication, training, counseling and psychology. She earned her Master's degree in Counseling from Northern Arizona University.
