Overview: This workshop provides supervisors with an understanding of the role of directing change in the workplace. It examines the nature and effects of organizational and interpersonal conflict and provides ways to manage effectively.

Objectives: Participants will learn to:

  • Define change and resistance to change
  • Design strategies for analysis and resolution of change and conflict situations
  • Cope more effectively with conflict and change
  • Develop techniques for reducing blocks to conflict resolution
