Geniuses at Work Certification

Full certification includes certification for up to 20 employees in the Geniuses at Work series. Certification in the series includes five, 3-hour modules including practical, hands-on skill practice in each of the content areas. Certification also includes all workshop materials, a graduation certificate, and a Geniuses at Work reminder placard for each participant. Full certification is granted when all five modules are completed within six months.

Full certification is recommended for organizations wanting to receive the maximum benefit from their investment in the Geniuses at Work Program. The full certification ensures that employees have the tools to be innovative in searching for cost effective ways to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and ultimately increase efficiency. Full certification also ensures that managers have the necessary tools to support employees when they apply the Geniuses at Work Program tools in the workplace.

Ideally, intact teams and their managers will attend the certification programs at the same time to ensure that the participants have the opportunity and support to implement the Geniuses at Work concepts immediately.
