Overview: This
workshop focuses on how supervisors and managers can create a collaborative
workforce and enhance the contributions of each individual and group.
Collaborative empowerment is a fundamentally different way of working
together.
Objectives:
Participants will learn the way to achieve greater commitment requires
a shift toward partnering with employees. Participants will learn to:
- Test their own
readiness and the readiness of their organization for an empowered,
collaborative workforce
- Recognize the mindsets
required to make a successful transition to collaboration and influence
organizational change
- Build structures
for empowered teams
