Overview: This workshop provides training skills for technical trainers and effectively prepares them for planning, presenting, and follow-up of on-the-job training.

Objectives: Participants will learn to:

Apply the basic steps of training development and implementation for training employees
Demonstrate how to conduct an effective training session
Apply effective communication skills when training employees
Plan and use training aids for dynamic instruction
Use a lesson plan effectively

Time: Two and a Half Days (Half-Day is a demonstration of skills conducted at OJT site)
